For Prohibition & Mobile Squad Constable

• General (Male): 18 – 25 years
• OBC / EBC (Male): 18 – 27 years
• OBC / EBC (Female): 18 – 28 years
• SC / ST (Male & Female): 18 – 30 years

For Jail Warder (Constable Category)

• General (Male): 18 – 23 years
• OBC / EBC (Male): 18 – 25 years
• OBC / EBC (Female): 18 – 26 years
• SC / ST (Male & Female): 18 – 28 years

Bihar Police will provide age relaxation as per government rules. Minimum age required is 18 years and maximum generally up to 30 years (see category-wise above).

• Educational: Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) or its equivalent from a recognized board.
